As established teams of designers, carpenters, and project managers, we partner with architects, engineers and contractors in all disciplines to deliver projects from RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) stages 0 to 7. You will be hard-pushed to find a friendlier group of people.
Real Living Wage
We’re proud to be a Real Living Wage Employer. We value the loyalty and invaluable experience of our team and believe they deserve a wage which meets everyday needs. We have been paying our employees and contractors a wage in excess of the Real Living Wage for a while, and became officially accredited in July 2022.
The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum.
