In recent years Carpenter Oak’s Devon-based team has required more workshop space as our business grows. We’ve been using a second site in Buckfast, to enable us to implement this successfully, but this has meant that for the past three years our team has been working across two different sites.
We’ve come to the decision that it’s better for the team to be on one site together, so we are no longer working from our Cornworthy site.
This is a really exciting time for us as we expand and it’s great to have the team back together on the one site in Buckfast, right next to the beautiful Buckfast Abbey.
This will only be temporary as we’re looking for a permanent new home somewhere in South Devon, which will be secured in the next couple years. Meanwhile, we’ll be welcoming customers and suppliers to Buckfast where you can come and visit us to see our workshops with current projects being made, get up close to the beautiful materials we work with, see our show spaces and examples of the projects we’ve worked on, and sit down for a coffee with us to talk about your build plans.
