We’ve worked with many educational institutions and learning centres over the years, from schools to visitor centres and museums.
We believe timber framed building create inspiring spaces to encourage learning and showcase craftsmanship in a variety of contexts. Studies have shown that educational settings, built from or containing wooden features can have a direct and positive impact on children’s physical and mental health.
Working with architects and engineers across the UK, we’ve been entrusted with the frame design, manufacture and installation at some of the most prestigious seats of learning, museums and information centres. From the spectacular chapel roof at Radley College, to the Robert Burns Museum in Scotland, timber framed engineering can provide the structural solution to expansive spaces that showcase design and craftsmanship, helping to inspire young and inquisitive minds.
