Designed by Roderick James Arctitects, this two storey oak framed home is highly efficient, featuring Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), solar photovoltaic panels, Mechanical Ventilation / Heat Recovery (MVHR) unit, triple glazing and steel fixings.
Orchard House is also the inspiration for the two award winning Spillane projects.
