Site Based Project Manager.
We need someone with a minimum of 5 years’ project management experience – 10 years plus preferred. This is a demanding role in a fast developing arm of the company, CSCS, SMSTS, Core Contract Management and basic first aid are all essential requirements. You will have sound working knowledge of Health and Safety, Building Regulations and extensive JCT contract knowledge.
The person.
You will be confident negotiating with client and sub-contractors as well as directing them and your site team. You will be representing Carpenter Oak and their team, meaning you’ll have a conscientious work ethic, be an excellent communicator who is naturally positive and self-motivated.
We would like to meet someone with a diverse range of previous roles who has a creative approach to troubleshooting. QS experience would also be beneficial.
Other elements of the role will include design management, coordination planning and construction logistics, finance management, sub-contractor appointment and detailed project planning.
