Chris started at Carpenter Oak in May 2025 after five years building children’s adventure playgrounds with CAP Co. Prior to that he volunteered for three years building temporary relief structures in Greece during the refugee crisis.
He has recently built a house five minutes from the Carpenter Oak yard where he now lives with his partner, Kirsty, and their two young children.
Since joining, Chris has had the opportunity to help build and install two cruck frames for a project in Dumfries, which has so far been the highlight of his time here. He has loved meeting all the team and is looking forward to many more projects with Carpenter Oak.
