Our clients approached Carpenter Oak to replace their existing basic summer house with something more in keeping with their beautiful riverside setting. Their home, located beside the River Exe in Devon, features a large garden and swimming pool, making it the perfect spot for a stylish yet relaxed pool house.

Prepared with a Pinterest board full of ideas, the couple wanted a building that would feel rustic, nautical, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
