Stirlingshire Garden Room

The garden room is an excellent addition to the house – the challenge for Module Architects was to design something that complemented and befitted the client’s large Victorian detached house. Planning permission in this conservation area wasn’t a problem as the extension is tucked around the back of the house.

The structural engineers, SF Structures, have enabled the bi-fold doors to work well with the oak and the applied glazing. A clever interface and hidden steel to support the bi-fold doors allows easy and smooth access to the garden.

Having renovated the house these clients were looking for the final touch to their beautiful new home. With this garden room they have created a beautiful space that fully meets their requirement for a contemporary family living area.
