Pauline has built an incredible home which will suit her changing needs for a long time to come. The home has 4 bedrooms, so she has lots of space for her children and grandchildren to be able to visit and stay with her. She also thought about accessibility and the home has a built-in lift, to take her to her 1^st floor, when using stairs may get a bit harder as she grows older.

Her open plan living area benefits from a double height space with a vaulted timber frame roof and large glazed gable with views out to her garden. The oak balcony wraps around above the living areas giving the space a grand feel and allowing easy access to bedrooms as well as some smaller sitting areas. The oak frame continues in the bedrooms and there are elements of luxury with roll-top baths and bespoke wardrobes which fit perfectly in with the oak frame.

Pauline undertook a huge project on her own and the result is brilliant. Her home is both beautiful and practical – she has built a gorgeous space to be in, and she has future-proofed her home as well.
