Traditional 48' x 18' oak frame barnroom with balconies at either end and central musician's space. Another studio room is separated by glass screen and microlux silver blinds, stainless steel handrails and balustrading. A spare bedroom and bathroom is also included at 1.2m below barn floor level.

The barn is linked through to the grade II house by a glazed conservatory link with stone on the 'other' side facing the drive.
