Curved oak frame on West coast of Scotland
Location:
West Coast of Scotland
Lead Carpenter:
Jean-Baptiste Rouvelin
Architect:
Roderick James Architects
Frame Design:
Carpenter Oak Ltd -Paul Slemmings
Details:
A facet-curved green oak frame house on the West coast of Scotland with a glazed shard cutting through the centre of the building.
This house uses plenty of full height glazing fixed directly to the oak frame to make the best of spectacular views across the Sound of Mull. What an incredible spot to build an oak framed house and live.
