A new oak frame on top of a stone built boat house in Cornwall which has to be one of the most stunning sites on which we have built. This frame has unusual curved bannisters and the raising had to coincide with one of the most extreme spring tides of the year in order to gain access with the telehandler

The National Trust has said "in their view the building has enhanced the area"
